  • Vermouth: A Cocktail Class

    After great success last year and many requests, we return with a second cocktail class featuring the often-misunderstood Vermouth! Vermouth isn't just the dusty bottle on the back bar that you think you don't like in your martini. It is the sophisticated, complex ingredient you've been missing as both a complement or a base of your next cocktail. There is a lot more to know about Vermouth than you probably think, and too many to try in one sitting, but we'll give it a college try anyway. Come join. You'll definitely learn something.

  • Tequila: A Cocktail Class

    Let's do this! Bring out everyone's favorite agave spirit: Tequila. There are some great classic tequila cocktails, but it's also been showing up in very modern takes as well. Come join us to learn your favorite recipes and also see where Tequila is going these days. You might just find a new favorite to have on your home cocktail list. This class also features an assortment of light bites from Birdy’s Behind the Bower! Cheers!

After 17 years of shaking drinks behind the bar and running restaurants, I’m ready to bring hospitality from a different angle. I love beverages of all kinds and enjoy taking the mystery out of them, but keeping the magic. With a bar spoon in one hand and a wine key in the other, I’m ready to help you explore the depths of the beverages you know and love and some you haven’t met yet.
